Financial Training Associates offers a mix of public courses and in-house courses. Public courses accept enrollments from general members of the public. However, if you have 4-5 staff who are interested in a course, in-house training will prove cost-effective for your company. Once we have started to understand your requirements, we will recommend and introduce you to an experienced in-house trainer or trainers who might be able to help.  Our company uses associate trainers.  Our trainers' work is continuously benchmarked with other clients on other courses.  We don't use full-time employed trainers, so we don't have to worry about trainer utilisation targets, and we don't feel obliged to promote our own employed/ generalist trainers for your course - that's a very good thing.   At all times we concentrate on finding the very best trainer for your specific program.  Our trainers all have an industry reputation independent of their training work - most don't 'just' do training.   The trainers we use on our courses are instantly credible with their audiences - they're real experts with a history of success training in-house groups like yours.
